Weekend Info
Individuals must guarantee reservations with a valid credit card that will be charged at the time of booking for the first night’s room and tax. Cancellations made inside seven (7) days will forfeit the first night’s room, resort fee and tax. There will be no refunds for early checkouts.
While individual events during Traditions Weekend can be purchased a la carte in registration, we encourage members of the 50th Reunion class and the Olde Guarde to purchase a full weekend package that includes all of the group’s events at a discounted rate. This will provide you the most flexibility throughout the weekend to attend events.

How do I create my class reunion book page?
Alumni in the Class of 1974 will receive an email invitation on February 25, 2024, with a personalized link to confirm their email address. If you did not receive an email, please contact us at alumni.events@wm.edu. Once you have confirmed your email and visited the site, you can review instructions on how to create a page.
What is the deadline for participating?
Alumni can create and edit their digital page through June 30, 2024, but the deadline to be included in the printed version of the Re-Echo is March 17, 2024.
Can I send information for my page through the mail?
Because the books are digital and tied to a single email address, only the person with access to that email account can create a page. For that reason, we are unable to include mailed-in page information.
If I didn’t create a page, can I view/read the class reunion book?
We are asking each classmate to participate and create a page. Only those who participate will be able to view the book and read about classmates.
How many photographs can I upload to my page?
You can upload one profile photo and up to four additional photos (.jpg, .tiff and .png files).
Can I search in the book to find friends?
Yes! You can search by name, dorm or residence, hobbies, or interests, and even using general keywords.
If I have a partner and we use the same email address, can we create two different book pages?
Each page has to have a unique email address associated with it. So, if a couple in the same class shares one email address, then they will only be able to create one page. If you would like separate pages, you would have to provide two different email addresses.
Can I edit my page after I save it?
Yes! Visit the class reunion book page link and click on the ‘My Page’ link in the upper right of the page in order to edit your entry.
Is my page private?
Yes, the website is secure and only classmates that create a page can see other pages.

The campus bus system is designated the Green Line. It provides a bus dedicated to daily transportation throughout campus seven days a week. The Green Line also provides a connection with other lines (Red, Blue, and Trolley) in the greater Williamsburg area through buses on a circuit loop, every 30 minutes.
For the campus bus line information see the Green Line Schedule, or view the complete WATA Bus Line Schedule for Williamsburg-wide transportation.
Parking
Due to high traffic volume during Traditions Weekend, there is limited 15-minute temporary and handicap parking near the Alumni House to accommodate registration. Additional information on parking for each event will be provided to registrants in their check-in information.
Visit the Parking Services webpage for more information about parking on campus and off-campus and to download a printable campus map.
